- Project Management begins with the first meeting and continues through to the completion of your installation
- A Project Manager (PM) will serve as your single point of contact throughout all project stages and act as a liaison between you, the architect/designer, Today’s team members and manufacturers
- Your PM will gather all necessary information, develop realistic timelines and monitor the status of all orders and the receipt of product
- Your PM will assist the design team in auditing the space for all aspects that may affect the furniture layout and installation, including critical dimensioning and electrical/data outlet placement
- At time of installation, your PM will provide the install team with all relevant information, assist in scheduling deliveries, be present at installation and provide direction on-site as required
- Although we strive for zero punch-list, in the event of problems or damage during installation, your PM will formulate a formal punch-list that will be used to order all replacement product
- Our goal at Today’s is a proactive approach to your project to eliminate surprises and provide our clients with successful projects time and time again
